It seems to me that only yesterday we tied the knot

When I look back and see, it is only LOVE I got

Celebrating your bachelor's party, I knew somewhere you must be having a taquila shot,

“Wait, you won't do that”, I realized on second thought

Finally the clock struck the muhurat and we tied the holy knot
In the past, were our sorrows and difficulties that I happily forgot,

I am so happy that for the rest of my life, its all you I have got

Then began my marital life with you and I followed you trot, trot, trot

The moment you introduced me to a family that I always sought,

I willingly followed your traditions as I was taught

Difficult time suddenly arose and we were lost in thought
